In the Joe Friel Workout Manual "PGM 70-76" refers to older NES (Nintendo) model CompuTrainers. If you own a newer Pro PC CompuTrainer simply ignore the "PGM #" and use the appropriate course provided in Challenge PC1 and/or CompuTrainer 3D software. Or it may be necessary to create an applicable custom course.
For Example:
Joe Friel's Manual states "PRGM NO 70 LEVEL ROAD 0.2 MILES"
Simply create a custom course that is a level road which is 0.2 miles long.
