"I just completed the Lake Placid Ironman and there is absolutely NO WAY I would have even come close to my 6:10 bike without you guys.  I did a flat as a pancake half iron last summer and my bike loop was 3:25.  Now this past weekend in Lake Placid, my first loop was under 3 (the second loop the wind kicked up to about 20MPH for a while which slowed me down on the second loop), on a notoriously hilly and very hard course!
I live in New York City and bought my CompuTrainer on January 1, 2007.  I rode it religiously for months before the weather got ok to ride outside.  I was doing 4 and 5 hour sessions every Saturday, as well as at least three 1 to 2 hour sessions in the morning before work.  I literally can’t believe how well I did on the bike in the Ironman, and I owe it to the CompuTrainer!  The SpinScan cycle technology taught me how to bike.
My first Ironman, and I went 11:30.  Without you guys, I would have been at 13 hours, easy!
